For today, the whales were quite far from our boat, and it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I understand that whale sightings can vary, but I had hoped for a closer encounter based on the expectations set by the tour’s description. This distance made it challenging to truly appreciate the majesty of the whales, and I left the tour feeling somewhat disappointed.
Given this, I would like to inquire if there is any possibility of receiving a refund or perhaps an opportunity to join another tour where the conditions might allow for a better experience.
