Dear Team Latino Cruise ,
It’s very unfortunate that we could not board the cruise on 18 June due to traffic congestion and no parking found in cbd .
We were very disappointed and my 10 year old boy was howling in pain and disappointment that he could not make it to the cruise and missed vivid . We were 6 pm in the city 1:30 hours before cruise boarding . We could not find any parking . We went to 6 parking lots up and down 5 yo 6 level but could not find any spot .
It was my first pay as a mother of special need child just started working after 10 years which I funded my family cruise ship trip .
We are so disappointed and saddened . Listening to my boy on spectrum crying whole night as he could not board the cruise was very painful .
Kindly give us another opportunity to board your very famous cruise and fun boat . It was a life time event for us which we don’t want to miss . Could you please give us 2 nd chance to board or refund our money .
