Hi Bookme Team,
Other people, my friend and I waited from more than an hour before the scheduled departure time to an hour after, BUT THE CRUISE BOAT NEVER SHOWED UP!!!
All of us tried calling the Vagabond Cruise, but the phone number was not in operation. Checked later found that the company used multiple address belong to other cruise operators with same inoperable phone number in different documents......
I thought the bookme.com.au is a reputable company. I put my trust to it, but it ruined the special holiday for us. Fanacialy and emotionally let us down.
I wish someone would explain to me how this could happen and resolve the matter for us and stop the same thing continueing happen to others.
