FELICITY said... The staff were very friendly, inclusive and incredibly knowledgeable. We didn't see many dolphins and zero penguins but it was still a very worthwhile adventure. I took two of my grandchildren, including my 13 year old grandson who is usually not keen to leave his computer. It was clear he enjoyed the adventure too. Thank you all for a special day.
