Take a day trip to Rottnest Island, a short 35 minute ferry ride from Fremantle. The Island is 11km in length and 4.5km at its widest point making it perfect for exploring by bicycle or foot.
Rottnest Island offer a variety of things to do such as snorkelling, skydiving, walking, bike tours and more. There are also plenty of beautiful beaches to choose from. Looking for something to eat, there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Superbe journée
Superbe journée sur l'incroyable île de Rottnest. Tout était simple le train depuis Perth jusqu'à Fremantle était facile d'accès et rapide, ainsi que l'accès au ferry. Une fois sur l'île un bureau de renseignements, un magasin de location de vélo et quelques commerces (boulangerie, epicerie...) qui permettent de se préparer avant de se lancer à la conquête de l'île. Merveilleuse journée où nous avons profiter de vues magnifiques et avons même eu la chance de voir des dauphins.

Great experience - Quokkas & Beaches
We had a great time at Rotto! :) there were so many quokkas right at the beginning but basically everywhere, they were th cutest and friendly. They are used to humans so they just chill next to the cafes :D Otherwise, we walked around. There were nice views and beaches. We had a chill beach day and enjoyed it a lot! Totally recommended :P
