Engaged with family members to the maze staff reception was good, however food service lacked in communication and correct food ingredients for meal preparation.
I ordered a HCT sandwich toasted, however it was presented with no tomato?
Our family ordered and was given a buzzer for pick up, my daughter was asked to hand over her buzzer for a drink she ordered with the food, when finally the food arrived there was no buzzer for pickup?
Staff of 6 seemed somewhat in a daze from the maze and found it hard to complete food service using correct food ingredients and service policy with collection
