Great tour & tasting, making me have a refill

The experience with tourguides Doug & Pearl was great. You actually enter the factory ground to see the whole brewing process live and on screen, and even get to smell, feel & taste the main ingredients barley & hop. Afterwards you are rewarded with a tasting palet with 6 tasty shot. Behind the factory you have a nice walking trail to loose some calories, in order to come back and gain a few during the Happy Hour Steak night (on Thursday 5 to 7 pm) with an heavenly pot of unpasteurized Carlton draught for 15 AU$. I enjoyed it so much that I'll head for refills today. Well done guys.

We would have liked the factory to be operating.

We got scammed

If I could do 0 stars I would. We booked this tour for 6 people and the Carlton Brewery was not even opening during this period after Christmas. We had booked before realising, and after checking the Book Me website afterwards you were still able to book tours for dates the venue was closed.
