Annette van Dongen said... The unprofessional, disengaged staff, unsafe conditions and vessel and no whales made this experience like an episode of holidays from hell. Most people were sick and good luck getting any crew help. No refund and who would take the offer of doing all this again in the hope of seeing a whale? Would give no stars!
