Pros- excellent staff , hard working , friendly , Brendan spoke to everyone individually on the trip across , the snorkel guy , I have been on more than 20 snorkel tours and never had as good an instructor
- the shipwreck is amazing , a lot of colourful fish , guided tour was excellent, we would not have gone out that far without the instructor
- clear kayak is good
- good clean transport
Cons - from the Gold Coast it is alot of travelling especially diverting to Brisbane city to pick up passengers , more time travelling than actual tour activities . It would be a good tour from Brisbane .
Not enough staff on the island . Not a complaint about staff they did their best but with the short time for each activity this was very annoying . There should have been someone else kitting everyone , not waiting for the snorkel instructor to come back from his last tour to do it .
- sand dunes , a bit challenging for older people ! Maybe offer a smaller dune to slide as well ,or the option of a whole day of snorkeling.
