What a headache
Avoid at all cost! Booked on a Saturday night to travel in Sunday and learn all flights were cancelled due to weather with no notification from operator (2 hour round trip from Byron bay). After eventually getting in touch with someone was booked in Monday meeting 4am at the casino to drive around for 4.5 hours getting in the air at 8.30am due to backlog of flights (7 in total). Booked champagne breakfast which was unavailable due to the experience taking 6 hours in total and cut off for breakfast at 10am. Was informed I would receive a refund for breakfast that im still to see... Great experience (when in the air) but terrible operator with poor communication.

die anreize für mich, diese ballonfahrt zu buchen waren die fahrt an der küste (eine besonderheit, mit der die firma wirbt) und das erlebnis den sonnenaufgang vom balloon aus zu genießen. bekommen habe ich eine fahrt über ein landschaftlich nicht wirklich ansprechendes hinterland (ohne dass vom veranstalter auch nur ein wort über diese änderung verloren wurde) und dann noch 1,5 stunden nach sonnenaufgang (da bereits vor uns schon eine fahrt stattfand, und wir im bus die landung dieses ballons abwarten mussten. obwohl pilot und die übrige crew toll waren, war es nicht das was ich erwartet habe.
