What a headache

Avoid at all cost! Booked on a Saturday night to travel in Sunday and learn all flights were cancelled due to weather with no notification from operator (2 hour round trip from Byron bay). After eventually getting in touch with someone was booked in Monday meeting 4am at the casino to drive around for 4.5 hours getting in the air at 8.30am due to backlog of flights (7 in total). Booked champagne breakfast which was unavailable due to the experience taking 6 hours in total and cut off for breakfast at 10am. Was informed I would receive a refund for breakfast that im still to see... Great experience (when in the air) but terrible operator with poor communication.
