The pilot was just a relaxed bloke and very calming, whilst almost having us pissing our pants in the plane. Made my wife and myself very comfortable and definitely recommended. Relaxed but also very professional and his passengers are his main priority, what more could a bloke ask for!! :) thanks again mate
